Friday night is Strength and conditioning night , members of the club have been trading that Friday night glass of wine for dumbbells as part of their strength training which is made up of plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability, The aim to be fitter and stronger for the new race season.
The group ranges from first time gym users to the experienced athlete.
They have been finding and pushing their limits each week, using a variety of exercise equipment including the TRX Suspension system, Kettles bells, smith machine and a mix of barbells and dumbbells.
We now move on to the second Mesocycle, so a new benchmarking is required, so don’t forget to get sign up before next week.
Don't forget this session offers exclusive use of the state of the art gym.
As well as being instructed by some of the best coaches/instructors around.
Keep pushing yourself guys!
