Monday evenings at 7.30 - 8.30pm
Swim Smart is coached by British Masters Champion Nikki Harris and caters for beginners to competitive swimmers. Swim Smart concentrates on swimming fitness, drills, technique and stroke development. Participants are recommended to be able to swim a minimum of 100 meters unaided.
